I love this Mahatma Ghandhi's words because it reminds me that I do have power to change myself and it's so much worth it than changing the others. I don't want to wait the world to change (Sorry J. Mayer!), I want to be part of it!

Note to self: Being brave doesn't mean an absence of fear, it's means we don't let our fears dictate our action or inaction. Just like all of you, I also have fear, in fact, I'm having it right now while writing this in English (My native language is Indonesian), but you know what? I love to speak and write in English, and I let the love wins.

Note to self that I've been learning since pandemic: Happiness is a lifestyle. Eat well. Sleep well. Think well. Consume meaningful content online, read lovely books, smell my lovely cup of tea :)

Another cliché to take notes: EVERYTHING IS TRANSIENT. Life is come and go, people come and go, things come and go, and you also come and go. Everything's changing. Let this be reminder. Because YOU'RE ALSO GROWING AND CHANGING. The feelings, the sadness, your broken heart will be healed again. Seize the moment, life will be great again. Amen!

Note to self: Learn to have a good relationship with yourself. Because nobody will be there for you 24/7 except you. Because all of relationships in your life are projections of how YOU treat YOU. Give yourself compassions, then live compassionately. Love you, from myself.

It's so cliché yet so true, but difficult situations that we're facing right now, will make us stronger, more resilient, more beautiful, and growing to become a better human being with a meaningful life. Amen to that!

Why would we waste our energy to please the others while we torturing ourselves? I'm still learning about this also, (since being people pleasers are so common especially here in Indonesia) but I think I've been improving for now. Hope you'll find this design help you become YOU!
