I wanted to do a work reminiscent of a mosaic made of brightly coloured, highly detailed and patterned ceramic tiles. I used bits and pieces of my own hand drawn patterns to decorate them. : )

I asked my Dad what he thought I should call this one, so the title is his. He told me he sees stained glass, something a little bit gothic, a pattern a little bit art deco. : )
